1. daily phone calls home,
2. many prolonged hug sessions with Jesse James,
3. a few awesome emails,
4. many conversation with the self addressing what I need to do and think to make this experience (if not fantastic, at least) bearable,
5. time spent with the lovely Jaya - a new friend from Oz,
6. more hugs and kisses and gentle stroking from Jesse James,
7. figuring out the problems with my birth control (though they're not solved, at least I'm not ingesting double the hormones anymore)
So...I feel much, not entirely, but much better. My cold sore is a memory only to a very itsy bitsy spot on my lip.
I slept very long and hard this weekend. We saw an awful movie last night. It was "The Punisher" and an adaptation of a comic book and it was spiteful and painful. I wish the nice movies came here, but we only get the "Collateral" and "Catwoman" types.
I'm getting almost unbearably excited about x-mas. I've always loved it. Yay for family and presents and family and blueberry muffins. To top it off this year I get to spend it with Jesse. And I get to get my hair cut. Thank GOD for that. My head is a state, I tell you.
